About

I am passionate about celebrating the rich maritime heritage of Scotland, particularly the iconic Caledonian MacBrayne ferries. I have a lifelong enthusiasm for these vessels, rooted in childhood memories of visiting family on the Isle of Arran. This personal connection drives my commitment to excellence in every model I create.

In 2017 my wife bought me a 3d printer and since then I have never looked back.

I began creating 3D printed components for a sizable balsa MV Clansman model I had crafted. Once proficient, I transitioned to producing entirely 3D printed miniature ferries in 2020.

I remain dedicated to this pursuit as I have independently mastered 3d design software.

My creativity is at a steady pace and I'm slowly getting through the whole fleet old and new.
